Yoga Flow with Kate✨
This is an all-levels yoga class designed to ease mental stress while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. This practice includes breath-work to calm the mind and a functional flow focused on stretching the hips, shoulders and hamstrings.

Class runs two times a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00pm
24 SESSIONS
PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS AND BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT, TOWEL, AND WATER.
BECAUSE THIS IS A DEDICATED SEMI-PRIVATE 11-WEEK SERIES, THE CLASS WILL BE LIMITED TO FIVE PARTICIPANTS FOR PLENTY OF PERSONAL ATTENTION.

Kate Anderson
graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Health Science and Occupational Therapy. She has taught a variety of group fitness classes for the past 20 years but fell in love with practicing yoga after the birth of her first child. In 2017 she completed her Yoga Teacher Training and has been teaching ever since.
