Personal Trainer

Jake is known for his upbeat, playful energy and the way he makes training both effective and enjoyable. With a background in CrossFit that began in his teens, he brings deep expertise in injuries, rehab, mobility, and real-life functional strength. Beyond the workouts, Jake has become a valued part of our In2itive Fitness community, creating an encouraging environment where members feel supported and challenged. His current curiosity lies in functional training that not only boosts performance in the gym but also helps people thrive in everyday life.

LUISA

Personal Trainer & Nutritionist

Luisa graduated from Logan University with a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance. Her initial career was in the Navy after graduating from the Naval Academy, but she made the transition to nutrition and personal training in 2020. With a foundation strengthened by mentors like Dasha Agoulnik and Austin Stout, she is dedicated to supporting clients in overcoming health and mindset issues. She aims to provide care that is focused on empowering individuals for sustainable success and long term health.

Madelyn Kandrac

Personal Trainer

Madelyn is a dedicated fitness coach and proud twin mom who thrives on helping others discover what their bodies are capable of through hard work and consistency. With over six years of experience, she has guided countless clients in building confidence, strength, and lasting healthy habits. Madelyn’s ultimate goal is to inspire others to learn, grow, and truly enjoy the process of achieving their fitness goals. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she connects with and empowers a diverse range of clients on their wellness journeys.
